Delivery & Returns Information

Dispatch of your order

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday. You will receive an email informing you when the order is being processed and another when we have dispatched it to you. You can track your order by logging onto your account on our site and viewing your order status. 

Delivery Charges are as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.99

Free on orders £50 or more

Returns & Refunds 

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with The Fudge Company however occasionally you may need to return an item.

Unfortunately we do not cover returns postage cost so recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return.

Personalised products are non-returnable, which includes 'pick and mix' or 'choose your own' items. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

The returned goods need to be in their original sealed packaging.

We are unable to cancel orders once they are prepared and dispatched - If you do wish to cancel your order please email us at info@thefudgecompany.co.uk and we will advise if it is possible to do so.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund.
